SHIPPING
YARN & OTHER PRODUCTS
Your order will be packed and dispatched within 2 business days after the order has been placed. If there will be any delay while we are packing your order, we will keep you informed. All orders can be followed with the tracking number we provide in the shipment confirmation email.
PATTERNS
All patterns sold at www.norli.it are printed versions and delivered with the yarn bought together with the pattern.
SHIPPING
The expected delivery time for North and Center Italy is 1-2 business day.
The expected delivery time for South Italy and islands is 2-3 business days.
The expected delivery time for European orders is 2 - 4 business days.
The expected delivery time for orders outside of Europe is 7-10 business days.
SHIPPING DISCOUNT
Shipments within the EU:
* Austria, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, France (not Corsica), Holland, Spain (not Balearic Islands) and Denmark: Your shipping will cost €13 for shipping to your address and only €8 for orders over €90.
* Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania and Sweden: Your shipping will cost €19 for shipping to your address and €15 for orders over €90.
* Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Hungary, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Portugal: Your shipping will cost €23.50 for shipping to your address and only €19 for orders over €90.
Shipping to Italy:
Shipping will cost €7.40 when we ship your order to your home address.
Shipping will cost €5.30 when we ship your order to an pick up point.
If your order exceeds €90, we would like to thank you and you will receive free shipping.
RETURNS
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at contact@norli.it. When your return is registered, we’ll notify you, and you can send back the item you want to return. The client holds the cost for the return unless otherwise is notified.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on patterns, digital products, sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
