LAVAGGIO Lavabile in lavatrice con programma lana, preferibilmente utilizzando un detersivo per lana a 30 °C o inferiore. Asciugare in piano, non asciugare al sole o in asciugatrice. Evitare di strizzare e torcere.

La lana fine merino di bigDOT proviene da allevamenti mulesing free situati in Sud America (Perù) dove il benessere degli animali é prioritario.

BigDOT è un mix meravigliosamente morbido di 85% merino fine superwash (21 mic) e 15% viscosa Donegal. Questa combinazione di lana fine merino e bottoni di origine vegetale nei toni neutri del nero, del marrone e del crema è l'ideale anche per essere tinta a mano. I bottoni non assorbono il colore durante il processo di tintura, consentendo di creare filati tinti a mano con un effetto tweed dall'aspetto naturale e splendido.

Il filato è straordinariamente morbido, facile da lavare grazie al trattamento superwash ed ottimo da tingere.

La lana è una fibra 100% naturale, 100% biodegradabile e 100% rinnovabile (dopo la tosatura, le pecore producono un nuovo vello, rendendo la lana una fibra completamente rinnovabile).

LAVAGGIO Care Instructions: Machine washable on a wool program ideally using a wool detergent at 30oC or below. Dry flat, do not sun dry or tumble dry. Avoid wringing and twisting.

Tension: 22 sts x 28 rows, in 10cm (4 in), over st st using 4mm needles

Superwash Donegal DK is a wonderfully soft blend of 85% superwash fine merino (21 mic) and 15% Donegal viscose. A superwash alternative to our non-superwash Donegal DK, this blend is spun with fine merino, combined with plant-based neps in neutral black, brown and cream tones. The neps do not take on the dye through the dyeing process, enabling you to create beautiful, natural-looking tweed effect hand-dyed yarns.

Superwash Donegal DK has a standard construction of 4/8.5nm with 212m per 100g. Made with 85% superwash merino and 15% Donegal viscose, it is a luxuriously soft yarn that is also easy care, thanks to its superwash composition. The merino fibres have been specially treated before being spun to enable you and your customers to machine wash and dye the yarn / knitted projects without them felting.

The merino used in this yarn is from South America where mulesing is not practiced.
